The Examination of Charitie Gollopp< no role > taken
this 12th day of November 1690.

This Examint: saith that she was never at a Taverne
in newgate streete wth Edward Jarman< no role > or any other
Pson, but Knoweth him very well, this Examinant
further saith that the said Edward Jarman< no role > was at
Mrs Elizabeth Harts< no role > Shopp in Lumbard Streete
before the shopp was Robbed and the next day
after, but did never enquire how the [..] goods Lay
nor how the shopp was fastened [..] but did [..]
aske thisDepont:Examnant: whether she was suspected for the
said Robbery, [..] and this Examint: saith, that she
did tell the said Mrs Hart that the said Jarman
did Robb. the shopp, and that she was wth him and
two men more at the Taverne in Newgate Streete ,
and that he was at the shopp before the Robbery
was comitted, and that he desired her to then
him how [..] and where the best goods lay, and how ye
shopp was fastened, and that he did her shutt
up the shopp but slightly, and that he did shew
her wth a stick in her mother yard how he
thrust out the staple of the Dore wth an Iron,
and many things more thisDepontExamintt did tell to the
said Mrs Hart, but they were all untruetly
And this Examint further saith that the reason
why she did fine the said false informations was
because the said Mrs Hart told her she had beene
wth a tuning man and said further that it was
but a fally for this Examint to desire that she
