taken before me this 25th of February 1689
This Examint: Saith that about a Month after
Michaelmas last he recieved from his father in
Law the Marquess De Bussuy about Eleven or
twelve yards of Striped lulestring silke. wch the
marquess gave this Examint: wch silke. this
Examint: afterwards Sold to Mrs Sara Underhill< no role >
And this Examint: further saith that he verily
believes that the peece of silke. now pduced before
the Honble: the Lord Cheife Justice Holt, is the very same
silke. wch he received from the said marquess
and sold to the said Mrs Underhill, but how the
said marquess came by it this Examint: Knoweth
not.
