4th. Day of September 1789
Who upon their several Oaths say and first the said
Jeremiah Callahan< no role >
says that he together with the Prisoner
Richard Twokigg and two others one of which [..] to wit
Jeremiah Mahony< no role >
who is now in Custody and the other Man
not yet taken had been working together near Edgware
in
the Parish of Hendon
and coming from thence to London on
Sunday Morning the 16th. Day of August last about one
o Clock struck him a violent Blow with a Stick and the
other Man already committed to wit the sd. Jeremiah
Mahony< no role >
immediately knocked him down and robbed
him of six Shillings in Silver and four Pence half penny
in Copper

and Richard Bunny< no role >
for themselves
say that they are both Constables for St. Giles in the Fields
and St. George Bloomsbury
on hearg. the Robbery above
mentioned had been committed and afterwards being
charged by the said Jeremiah Callaghan< no role >
to apprehend
the Prisoner they immediately went in Search of him &
took him into Custody in the upper End of Holborn
