Manufacturer taken before me this 15th.
day of January 1788.

Who being upon Oath Saith that about six o Clock this
Evening as he this Informant was going through
Saint Martins Court Leicester Fields the Persons
now present who calls himself John Cosby< no role > in
company with Several others Persons jestled this
Informant at which time the said Cosby picked
this Informant Pocket of a Silver Watch a
Silver Chain and a Silver Seal and ran away
with it at which time the said Cosbys Companions
also ran away that this Informant followed
them and secured the said Cosby and this Informant
further says that he is very sure the said
Cosby is the Person who robbed him of his said
Watch Chain and Seal as aforesaid.
