and John Dumarosq of Howland Street

taken before me this 7th. day of February 1787
.
Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Abraham D'Aubant< no role >
for himself
says that he this Informant in the presence of
the said John Dumaresq< no role >
put into his Purse in
his Study Ten Guineas two half Guineas
half a Crown and Six Shillings that he laid his
Purse down and went out of the Room and
lock't the door that a short time after he
desired the Person now present who calls
himself John Malbone< no role >
to go into the Room
and fetch his Watch and some other things
That the Prisoner went and fetch the Watch
and also the Purse when this Informant desired
the Prisoner to court the Money which he did
when he found a Guinea had been taken away
And this Informant further says that he
verily believes the Prisoner to have taken the
said Guinea And the said John Dumaresq< no role >
for himself says that he was present when
Mr. D'Aubant put the Money in his Pence as
aforesaid and was also Present when the Prisoner
brought the Purse to Mr. D' Aubant a aforesaid
