Arthur Conolty< no role > with others assaulted her said Uncle
and rescued said Robber from him, That she is very
sure said Conolly lifted up his Hand to strike her
said Uncle but whether he struck him or not she
cannot say, but is very sure That said Conolly
assisted in pulling said robber away That said
Conolly during the Scuffle Struck this Informant
on her left Shoulder And the said John Atkins< no role >
for himself saith he was present in the Piazza near
the Play house Passage at this time that said Mr.
Palmer complained to this Informant of his being
robbed by a man whom he had taken into custody
but who was rescued from him by several Persons,
at which time this Informant saw the said Conolly
with others come out of said Playhouse Passage into
the Piazza
