before us two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
Who on her Oath saith That on Monday night the first
day of January Instant, John Mash< no role >
sent this Informant
to Mr. Levgs
in Frying Nan Alley Pettycoat Lane to
receive of Mr. Levy Eight shillings and Eight pence and
while she was asking Mr. Levy for the same Mr. Levy
came in and desired her to call in the morning for it
and she should have it, she called the next Morning
and received Eight shillings and four pence of Mr.
Levy who [..] would not pay her more because this
Informant refused to take bad half pence
