Who being upon Oath Severally say and first the said
John Beck Heather for himself Says that in the afterwards
of Thursday the thirteenth day of December instant
the person now present who calls himself George
Young< no role >
came to this Informant Shop and reduced a
Coal Pledged for Five Shillings that said Young than
enquired of this Informant if there was a refiner in
Long Acre
that Informant told him that he bought
Silver when said young Produced to him eight Silver
Handles of Haines and Forks now Produced That
Informant then ask'd said Young how the came by them
when said Young replied that he had them from one Jones
whom he met in Aldersgate Street
but where said
Jones lived he could not tell And the said Moses

said John Beck Heather that upon Searching the said
Young he found in his left Hand Coat Pocket the two
Silver Knife Handles now Produced And this Informant
Further Says that the Six desert Knife blades and
one fork blade now produced the found in the lodging of
said Young No. 3
