his night Waistcoat Pocket from which he believes he took
Something out and apparently flang it away that in
a Garden at about Fifty Yards distance from where
Said Wentworth was he found the said Metal Watch
Steel Chain and Wedgwood Seal now produced and
Claimed by the said John Hurst< no role > and that he found
in said West worth right hand Coat Pocket the Orange
and blue Silk Purse now produced and Claimed by the
said Ann Grundy< no role > together with a Piece of black Silk
an now barrelled Pistol and a false sail now Produced
that he also found in said Went worths right Hand
Waistcoat Pocket one Guinea two half Gunieas
and four Shillings in Money-And further Says
that the Chesmet crop't House which he hath now
Shown to the said John Hwist and Ann Grundy< no role >
is the House upon which the said Wentworth was
Mounted when he apprehended him as aforesaid
