The Information of Jane M'c Kenzie< no role >
servant to Henry Pinkett< no role > of Crasen
Street in the Strand Brandy Merchant
the said Henry Pinkett< no role > John
townsend
< no role > and Patrick M'c Manus< no role >
taken before me this 5th. day of
December 1787

Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Jane M'c Kenzie for herself says That on
Thursday the 15th. day of November last about
Seven o'Clock in the Evening she and her follow
servant went out and fastened the Street door
that they returned about eight o'Clock when they
found the door open Than in abut half an Hour after
she went up Stairs and found the dining Room window
open that upon Scarching the House she found that
two Counter panes a Pillow Case and two Sheets
were taken away And this Informant further
Says that the Count up and now produced by said
John Towns and the Tow Sheets now produced
by said Patrick M'c Manus are the same that
were stolen in her said Masters House as
aforesaid And the said Henry Pinkett< no role > for himself
Says that a large quantity of wearing apparel was
Stolen in his House in the Evening of Thursday the
15th. [..] of November and that the two Pair of Breeches
the three waistcoats the Bed Gown and the Counterpane
now produced by John Townsend< no role > and also the Scartet
Coat the Gown and Coal the Gown and pair of Sheets
now produced this Informant and were feloniously
Stolen in his said House and the said Jon Townsend< no role >
