Who being upon Oath say and first the said

for he welf says that on Friday
Evening last Francis Flunoning< no role >
came to her
House that soon ofter and William Smith< no role >
came
in with a Carpet in his Arms and asked said
Flemoning if he would buy said Carpet but
observed he wou'd not sell it till Billy the
Trap and Jack Durham< no role >
came that soon
ofter William Wairies< no role >
alias Billy the Trap
and said Durham came in when they said
the said Carpet to said Felmming And the
said Charlotte Cooper< no role >
for herself says she was
Present during the whole of the above Transaction
that after said Flemming bought the said
Carpet the delivered it to this Informant who
Put in into the Cupboard where it was found by
the Officers
