The several informations of William Gold< no role > Joseph Gold< no role > his son and
John Bown< no role > Taken the 16th day of November 1787

Who being their Oath severally say and first the said William Gold< no role >
for himself that he is a Shop Keeper in High Holbourn that
last night about nine o'Clock his Son came in and said he saw
two Women came out of the house that suspecting they had
been stealing something he pursued them and overlook them
about thirty Yards from his own house that he desired them to
came back which they refused that one of the women now in Custody
who says her name is Ann Brooks< no role > say if from her one pair of
Sinner Streets now produced one of which Streets her possitively
Swears to be his property and was hanging up in the landing
Place two pair of stairs in his house a few minutes before that
he them had the women secured

The said Joseph Gold< no role > for himself saith that he saw two
Women came out of his Father's house about the time aforesaid upon which
he told his father of it that he is certain the said Ann Brooks< no role >
is one of the Women he saw come out of the house as aforesaid

The said John Bown< no role > for himself saith that he lives in the
Neighbour hoods and was coming by at the time and saw two &
Women together and saw the said Ann Brooks< no role > drop something
from her which fell down by his feet and which he believes to be
the sheets now produced
