Robert Deane< no role > Says he lives with his Father and Mother
near whites Yard her smith field who had one Room has
been from sea three Month, is Apprentice to Mr. Walkinson
of Wapping has not been on board any Ship since or with his said Master
that last night half past ten he left his said fathers and went to the sign of
the Paviours Arms near Angel Gardens had a pint of Beer where he met with
John Carter< no role > . That they went with two Girls who were at the said Public
house into the Covered Ropewalk with them and after ward saw them [..]
to the said Public house and Returned to the said Ground going to Ratcliff Cross to see a Man there
[..] to employ then the next Day-Says he Know nothing of the said Lead

John Carter< no role > says he has been three Months from Sea and has been helping to
unload Ships at times that he lives with his father and Mother who live in Denmark
Street having one Room-That he met with Robert Dain Yesterday afternoon about the hour
of five in East smith field in the Street and went from three together to the Paviours Arms
in Ratcliff Highway and had a pint of Beer there and Staid there until about half past Eight
Then came with two Girls just by the Door of the Paviors Arms to Sun seven fields went
[..] the Covered Ropewalk with them that Key all heard some man when said Girls ran away
[..] back Dain asked him which was the best way to go after said Girls to the Highway
and Girls a top of Sun Savern field who bed them to back and they [..]
follow Says himself [..] Dain went back towards the bottom of the Rope Ground and no
further her had they assead to go further many Account when [..] John Seal< no role > laid hold of him being then about he middle of the
said Grounds and said if they Stirred he would Blow their Brains out and took them
immediately to the Watch house
