The Information of Mary Humphrys< no role > the Wife of Charles
Humphrys< no role > Victualler at the sign of the hand and Flower in
Church Row St. Ann Middlesex taken this first day of November
One Thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven before me One of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County who being
on Oath saith on Tuesday the 30th day of Oct last between the hours of
two and three in the afternoon [..]

[..] She went
at Different times with five pot of Beer and One Shillings worth of Beef
steaks to the house of Thomas [..] neat door where were the person present
who says his name in Thomas Winston< no role > and others-Says Mary Hunt< no role > said
to be the Mother in Law of the said Thomas paid her for the first Two pots and
that the said thomas Winston< no role > has used her to bring Change for half aguinea
says she asked him for the half Guinea when he told her he would give it when
she brought the Charge-That she went home brought the change for half a guinea and gave it [..] him
when she asked him for the half Guinea he told her to would go home with her
pay her the half Guinea and the Rechoning he owed-Says he came out of his
said father in Laws house with her and instead of going home with her he run
away
