Who being on their Oaths say and first the said John Masheder< no role >
for himself saith The Black
Sathin cloak produced he had in his house on the Twentieth day of January last his own property
which he did not miss until the Wednesday following when he went to several Pawnbroker to Enguire
after the same and found it in the Possession of the said Mr. Mathews at his house aforesaid
who he requested to keep the said Cloak until the person who pawned it came to Redeem it
and to Stop the said Person and give him notice Says this Evening William Curling< no role >
came to
him and Informed him the Person who pawned the same had come with a Duplicate to
redeem said Cloakwho wasand was there for him to come and Indentify

on his Oath saith on the 24th: day of January last the person present who says
her Name is Ann Dell< no role >
pawned the Cloak produced (in the Name of [..]

has and said
it was her own property and as he thinks said she bought it) at his said Master house
for the sum of One pound One Shilling and had & Duplicate produced which he wrote
