Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said Mary Taylor< no role >
for herself saith that about
half and hour past seven o'Clock Yesterday
Morning as she was cleaning the Parlour of
her said Masters House The Person now present
who calls himself William Dudney< no role >
came
into the said House That he went into the Parlour
and took away three Silver Table Spoons and a
Glass Pepper Castor with a Silver Top and a
Silver Salt Spoon That she seeing hin take
the things she asked him what he wanted
That he rushed by her and upon her attempting
to stop him the struck her and threw the Porster
Pet now produced at her And the said Thomas

for himself says that he saw the
Prisoner Dudney come out of said House and
attempted to stop him but could not.
