upon Which Informant rebuked said Cole by calling him Villain and
saying he would come to be hanged - That in a few Minutes after he heard
somebody say (whom he believes to be said Cole) in a low tone of Voice. Ill
Shoot you if you say any thing - That about 8 o'Clock the Next morning
Tuesday the 27th. of December last, said Cole sent for Informant into said
Lodging Room and asked him what he had best do, as he thought he had
been in bed with Bett Bruin. That Informant told him he had better go away
and get out of Sight which advice he took and hath been absent ever Since
