The Information of Richard Harris< no role > a Pauper in
Hendon Workhouse in the said County, William Each< no role >
a Pauper in the same Workhouse and James Macquire< no role >
a Pauperofin the said Workhouse taken before me
this 17th. day of February 1786 .

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Richard Harris< no role > says, that he
has lain in the same Bed with John Cole< no role > a Pauper in the said Workhouse for some time
that one Night about Ten or Eleven weeks ago (being in Bed) the said John
Cole< no role > came to Bed about 10 o'Clock and after coming into Bed pulled up his
Shirt, put this Examinant into his Lap, and put his Cock into him, That Informant
hallowed out and after said Cole Shoving against him for sometime, he took his Cock from
him and left his nastiness about Informant. That this Informant wiped it with
a Sheet. That said Cole lay still about an hour and then endeavoured to repeat
the same again a Second time, but this Informant would not let him and Cried
out. That about [..] a fortnight after the said Cole put his Cock
into him again in bed and left his mastiness on Informants backside during
which time Informant hallowed out - That on Monday Night the 26th. of December
last Informant and said Cole being in Bed together the said Cole put his Cock
into him again and said he would Shoot him if he said any thing - That said
Cole pinched him to make him lay still and afterwards left his nastiness upon
him again - And the said William Each says that on Monday Night the
26th: of December last during the time said Cole and Harris being in Bed
together in said Workhouse (Informant lodging in the same Room) heard said
Cole say to Harris "if you say any thing ill Shoot you" - And the said
James Macquire< no role > says that on Monday the 26th. day of December last about
seven o'Clock in the Evening said Cole came home Drunk; that Informant after
said Cole was in Bed with said Harris [..] listened to [..] hear what would pass
(having heard from Harris that he Cole had used him indecently before) when
he heard said Harris say three or four times "have done, you hurt me"
