taken before me one of his
Majesty's Justices of the
peace
in and for the said
County of Middlesex
Who being upon Oath saith that on
Thursday afternoon the 12th of January
instant about three o Clock as he was
going a long Black horse Yard
Wapping
he was accosted by a person now present
who calls herself Ann Lockhart< no role >
who
asked him to come into her House to give
her something to Drink that accordingly
he went into a Room with her where he
saw another person now present who calls
herself Jane Lucas< no role >
that at the time he went
into the said Room he had in his Pocket One
Guinea in Gold One half crown piece and
five Shillings in Silver that he gave one Shilling
of the said Mony to the said Ann Lockhart< no role >
who went out to get the same that after she
had brought the Liquor he had carnal Connexion
with the said Jane Lucas< no role >
during which time
she feloniously and privately Stole from his
person And Guinea in Gold and one half
Crown piece in Silver and this Informant
further upon his Oath saith that he shond
not at that time have known of his being
robbed of the said money had he not have heard
the said Jane Lucas< no role >
tell the said Ann Lockhart< no role >
that she had got one Guinea and one half
Crownfrom thenand then they both run away
together and upon his Immediately feeling in
his pocket he missed the mony above described
And this Informant is very positive that the
said Ann Lockhart< no role >
& Jane Lucas< no role >
are the two person
who committed the said Le lony
