his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say And first this
Informant Althamic Lloyd for herself saith that
she is a Journywoman to the other Informant William
Franks
< no role > who keeps a Heaberdasher Shop in Wigmore
Street Cavendish Square and on Thursday Night last
she was at work in a Back Room at the End of the Stop
between Six & Seven o'Clock after the lighting up of
Candle when she heard a Pane of Glass in the front of
the shop Smash Upon which she Immediately Ran
out Opened the Shop Door but could not Discern any
Person who had broke the said Pane of Glass Ordered
she then know of any thing [..] having been taken and
Carried away

And this Informant Wm. Franks< no role > for himself saith
that on thursday Night last he had been Out and
returned home [..] about seven o Clock when he
found that a Pane of Glass in his Shop Window
was broken and that part of two Pieces of Bendana
Silk Handkerchiefs which his had left when he went
out in then about half a Yard of the Pane of Gless
which was broken were taken and Carried away and
thisn Informant further saith that the several Silk
Handkerchief now produced by Theophilus Butcher< no role >
Alexander Wilson< no role > Richard Smaller< no role > John Neate< no role >
and Rebekah Robinson< no role > are his Property and are
a Part of these which were taken & Carried away at
the time and in the manner aforesaid
