the Prisoner Trail And this Deponent further Saith
That on or about the fourteenth [..] day of this Instant July and
not before the soliciter of the Admiralty received by the
Post from the said Mr Cooper a Letter dated at Cashel in
Ireland the Seventh day of the said July in Answer to
the abovementioned Letter addressed to him as aforesaid
and inclosing severalI Informations taken upon
Oath as to the relationship between the said William
Ryan
< no role > deceased and John Ryan< no role > his said Brother And
other Matters material to the event of this prosecution
And particularly the Information of James Condon< no role > of
Gortassa aforesaid Farmer And this Deponent further
Saith That the said James Condon< no role > appears to this
Deponent by such his Information and is as he this
Deponent verily believes a Material witness on the part
of the Crown to prove the Offence with which the said
James Hinan stands Charged and without the
Evidence of the said James Condon< no role > this Deponent verily
believes the Crown cannot safely proceed to the Trial
of the said James Hinan< no role > or prefer any bill of Indictment
against him for the said Offence And this Deponent
further Saith that the said James Condon is now in Ireland as this Deponent verily believes and this Deponent [..] expects to be able to procure
the Attendance of the said James Condon in England
in order to Attend the Trail of the Prisoners on or before
the first day of the next Sessions and verily believes the
said James Condon will attend and give Evidence at such next Session accordingly.
