The Information of Jacob Caves< no role > and George Bakers< no role > Taken
upon Oath before us Richard Heaviside< no role > , and Joseph
Faikney
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex , the
22d. day of January 1785

First this Informant upon his Oath saith that he
last a Grey More the Evening of the 20th. of this
[..] ary from [..] Hounslow Heath in the
County of Middlesex and that he hath since [..] een
the said Mare in the Custody of William Season< no role >
a constable and is certain by various marks
that the said Mare is his property and is the same
he so lost [..] and that he hath great
reason to believe Thomas Ives< no role > did feloniously take
and ride away with the said Mare fran off
Hounslow Heath aforesaid and the said George
Baker
< no role > saith that on Friday Morning the 21st. of the
Instant January he saw Thomas Ives< no role > Eiding a Mane
through Ray Street Clerkenwell and asked him if it
was to be sold who bought it of him for fifteen
shillings Cant discovering is answered the discription
of a Mare he had heard was stolen caused the said
Thomas Ives< no role > to lee taken into Custody and delivered
the Mare into the Custody of William Seasons< no role >
Constable and Saith that the said Mane is the same
that Jacob Cave< no role > hath now seen and deposed to
