The Information of Henry Drummond< no role > Esqr .
and George Wheatley< no role > taken before me this 3rd.
day of October 1784.

Who being on Oath say and first the said Henry Drummond< no role > Esqr.
says that William Morrow< no role > alias William Murray< no role > now present in
August 1776 came to live with these Informants as an Out door Clerk
at the Rate of Fifty pounds Pr. Annum And from Christmas 1776.
until Christmas 1782 at the Rate of sixty pounds Pr. Annum and from
Christmas 1782 until the present time at the Rate of Eighty pounds Pr Annum
That on or about April last there was One Thousand pounds in Cash
Missing, And since which time there have been different small sums
of Cash Missing. That after a diligent search being made and an
Enquiry among the other Clerks, the said George Wheatley< no role > found that
said Morrow alias Murray was Possessed of four hundred and Twenty
pounds Stock in the three Pr. Cents consolidated in his Own Name. And
also found one Thousand and Fifty pounds Stock in the four Pr. Cents
in the Name of Henry Wright< no role > , And upon application to said Henry
Wright
< no role > he said the stock belonged to said William Morrow< no role > alias Murray
his Uncle and was purchased with the Money he received from the
said Morrow alias Murray And these Informants from the said
Circumstances verily beleive that said Stock was purchased with the
said Money that had been Stolen. And these Informants further say
that they verily believe that said William Morrow< no role > , alias Murray is the
Person who feloniously stole said Thousand pounds And the said
George Wheatley< no role > further says that there have been several Leaves torn
out of the Waste Books the Bank book and the Entry Book.
