The Information of William Giles< no role > , James Hall< no role >
and Hannah Franks< no role > , taken before me this
7th.. day of September 1784

Who being on Oath say and first the said William Giles< no role > says that
last Night he left a Silver Watch in his Chest in the room where he lodges
in the house of Hannah Franks< no role > at Kensington Gravel Pitts. that about
Nine o'Clock last Night as Informant was going to Bed on looking into his
Chest found that his Watch had been taken that he immediately came
down Stairs and asked who had been in his Room that Hannah Franks< no role >
his Motherhissaid that no person had been up Stairs but a person now
presents who calls himself Thomas Linko< no role > ,thatand this Informant
further says that a Watch now produced is his property and the
Watch that was Stolen. And the said James Hall< no role > says that last Night
between 9 and 10 o'Clock he Stopped said Thomas Linko< no role > at Saint
George's Row near Tyburn Turnpike and on searching him found in
his breeches Pocket. the Watch now produced. And the said Hannah
Franks
< no role > says that she gave Charge of said Thomas Linko< no role > to said
Hall and saw said Hall search him and this Informant further
says that she saw Hall take said Watch out of Linko breecher
Pocket.
