Saith That he hath this day Examined
the Body of the Deceased And hath
Opened [..] That all the internal
Parts are in a perfect sound state
That there are Appearances of many
Marks of Violence and Bruises in his
Head Neck and FaceAnd that some
material Blood Vessells are ruptured
on the left side of his Neck
And That from the Quantity of
extravasated Blood in many Parts
the various Bruises which he received
in his Head and Neck together with the
violent exertions of his own Body
Informant is of Opinionwere the
cause of his Death

The above Informations were
severally Taken and Acknowledged
the Day and Year first above
