before me this first Day of December 1783.

Who being on Oath say and first said Frances Harting says
that three Towells now produced are the Property of James Bolton< no role >
and were found by this Informant on Friday last in the
Lodging of Elizabeth Courtney< no role > now present. That a
Street now produced by he said Abraham Dry< no role > a Tobb
Cloth by the said David Gordon< no role > and a Pillow Case by the
said Thomas Crosbie< no role > , are likewise the Property of the said
James Bolton< no role > , and have been Stolen from him. And
the said Abraham Dry< no role > says that on Friday Evening last
the said Courtney brought the Street now produced to this
Informant wanted to pawn it and said that it was
her own, and that she had it before this Informant was
born" And the said David Gordon< no role > says that the Table
Cloth now produced, was pawned with him by the said Courtney
on the 7th,, Novemr. last for £0,,4,,0. And the said Thomas
Crosbie says that he found the Pillow-case now produced
in the said Courtney's Lodging Yesterday.
