Who being upon Oath Says, and first the said

says that on Friday Evening last his House
in Rauelagh Walk Chelsea was broke open and two
Counter paul, a Coverlid, apair of Sheets the Furniture
of a Tent Bed, and a Curtain now produced stolenThe
said George Phiffan says that in the afternoon of Friday
last he saw a person now present who calls himself Robert

in Company with two other Persons loitering
about near the said Robert Baldeys House and sale
said Casper come from said Baldeys House and get over
the Railing of his GardenThe said Thomas Willough< no role >

says that about 4 oClock on Friday last he was standing
in Tothilll Fields Westminster
when he sawthe said

come by with the said Bundle and Linen
That having heard a Robbery had been committed in
Ranclagh Walk and a Quantity of Linen Stolen he
immediately informed the said William Biddy< no role >
of it
The said William Biddey< no role >
says that he pursued the said Robert

who ran away with said Bundle on his Shoulder
and apprehended him in Peter Street Westminster
when said
Casher threw said Bundle from him
