this Informant further saith that he saw
the said John Weatherby< no role > Rubbing with Sand
Paper and a Cork a Counterfeit Shilling [..] resembling
aSix penceShilling the Current Coin of this realm, now
produced and which said CounterfeitSix penceShilling he
the said Jon Weatherby< no role > lay on the Window in the
Said Room where he [..] work and were Several
other Counterfeit Shillings and Six pences lay
and are now produced, and by his feet he found
a Small Sieve in which was a Counterfeit
Shilling and two Six pences, and which appeared
to him to have been just Rubbed with the Sand
paper and Cork, and this Informant further
Saith that he found on a Window in the said
Room the four Counterfeit Shillings now
produced which are finished and appear to
have been Cast from some Patterns found
in the said Room, and that a Quantity of Metal,
Aqua fortis, Scowering, Paper, files and
other Implements for the purpose of Making
Coining and Counter feiting the Current Silver
Coin of this Realm called Shillings and Six pences
were found in the said Room, and this
Informant further Saith that when he
Apprehended the said John Weatherby< no role > and
John Layfoe< no role > they had their Coats off and
that the said John Weatherby< no role > had his Shirt
