Sleeves tucked up to his Shoulders and
their Hands very dirty, in which State
this Informants with the other Informants
Charles Grubb< no role > Conveyed them before the
Magistrates, where they acknowledged the
Cloaths to be their property, and this
Informants doth therefore charge the said
John Layfee< no role > and John Weatherby< no role > with
feloniously Making Coining Colouring and Counterfeiting
the Silver Coin of this Realm called Shillings
and Six pences and Using the above Implements
for the purpose of Coining, found in the send
House & in the manner above described,

And this Informants Charles Grubb< no role > for
himself saith that he was with the other
Informant John Dixon< no role > when they entered
the House abovementioned and Confirms
the Testimony of him the said John Dixon< no role >
and that the Several Implements for the
purpose of Coining Colouring and Counter feiting the
Current Silver Coin of this Realm called Shillings
and Six pences, now produced were found in
the said House and in the Same manner as
above described,
