Sir,
The following Persons having
been tried and convicted before you at
different Sessions holden at the old Bailey
and received Sentence of Death for their
Crimes, Vizt. Anne Smith< no role > in February 1782.
for Stealing Goods, Value 30. Privately in a
Shop, Elizabeth Morris< no role > in April 1782. for
stealing Goods Value about £5. in a
dwelling House, and Anne Carter< no role > in May
1782. for stealing Goods, value £5. Privately
in a Shop; And you having by Certificate
under your hand humbly recommended
them to His Majesty's Royal Mercy on
Condition That She the said Anne Smith< no role >
be confined during six Months in Newgate,
and that they the said Elizabeth Morris< no role >
and Anne Carter< no role > be respectively confined
