Felonies and Burglarious by them
Committed in the County of MIddlesex
he being admitted an Evidence in behalf
of his Majisty taken before me One
of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about a week
before Christmas Day about 7 o'Clock in the Evening
he together with Knowles, May, Best and

Monday went to an House in Albernarle Street
and with a Picklock Key opened the Area Gate went
down into it and broke a Glass light over the
door which led into the Kitchin and [..] got
in Opened the Door & they all went into the said
House went up Staira & Packed up One Bed
with tho Furniture a Bolster Two Pillows two
Blankets some other Bed Curtains which they
took & Carried away out at the Street Door the
Bed Knowles Kept for himself she Bolster & two
Pillows May Kept and Best the two Blanket
the Curtains they Sold for five Guineas to [..] which
was Shared among them Says that Knowles brought
away the Key of the Street Door of the said House
which with the Bolster two Pillows & two Blankets are
now Produced and are the same taken out of the
said House as abovementioned.
