close under the Stable Window a piece of Candle now produced which
he doth verily believe was thrown by the said Philimore out of the
said Window on his entering the Stable And further says that he
doth also verily believe that he the said Richard Philimore< no role > did
on the said Friday Night feloniously and burglariously enter the
said Stable with intention to commit felony therein
