William Harris< no role > Servant to Mr.. Heather of Long
Acre Pawnbroker taken before me this 20th. day
of December on 1781

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Elizabeth
King< no role > says that a person now present who calls himself John
Beard< no role > came to this Informant at her said Mistress's
House Yesterday and staid a few MinutesThat a few Minutes
after he was gone she missed the Silver Table Spoon
now produced and is very sure the said John Beard< no role >
stole the sameAnd the said William Harris< no role > says
that this day the said John Beard< no role > offered to Sell
him the said Silver Table Spoon on which his said
Master took him into Custody
