Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Arnold
Jolly< no role >
says that about half part one oClock yesterday forenoon he
was stopped by two Fortpads in the Field on this side Kentish
Town
and robbed of a Silver Watch and about nine
Shillings and six pence in MoneySays that he is very sure
that a Silver Watch now produced by the said Robert Minns< no role >
is the
Silver Watch of which he was robbed as aforesaid, and
that a person now present who calls himself Francis Curtis< no role >
is one of the said Footpads that robbed himAnd the said
Robert Minns< no role >
says that about ½ part 8 o'Clock this morning
the said Francis Curtis< no role >
Pawnd with him the said Silver Watch
for one GuineaAnd the said David Prothers says that he
searched the Lodgings of the said Francis Curtis< no role >
and another
person now present who calls himself John Coleman< no role >
at the
three Jolly [..] ners in Rochester
Row and found therein
a Mottled Cloth Coat a green Shag Waiscoat [..] a pair of leather
Breeches and a plain Hat and in the Breeches Pocket two
Duplicates now produced and claimed by the said Francis
Curtis< no role >
and a blue Coat with a Pocket book & [..] two
Duplicates therein now Produced & claimed by the said John
Coleman< no role >
as his Property
