Henry Newsham Servant to the Honorable Valentine Brown< no role >
of Chandois Street Cavendish Square in the County of Middlesex
Maketh Oath and Saith That he the said Valentine Browne< no role > this
Deponent's Master Went off for Brussolls on or about the fourteenth
of May last on Account, as this Deponent believes of the dangerous
Situation of his parent who was then there And this Deponent
Saith the said Valentine Browne< no role > this Deponents Master
hath ever Since remained abroad which this Deponent believes
to be the Cause that he the said Valentine Brown< no role > did not appear
and prosecute Peter Varier for Felony agreeable to the Recognizance
Entered into by him-And this Deponent Saith he cannot form a
Belief when he the said Valentine Browne< no role > will return to
England-

Sworn at Justices Hall in
the Old Bailey the 17th. Day
of October 1781}
