, on his Oath Saith,
that on Sunday the Second of this Inst. September, he Lost
four Sheep, out of a Common field called Tothill Fields
,
within the said City and Liberty, which Sheep he had ordered
his Servant to drive there on the said day, and was Informed,
on the Tuesday following, the said Sheep had been Stolen out.

that he on the second day of this Inst. Septr. was order'd by his
master Wm Round to drive the said four sheep into Tothill Fields
to grass, which he did and left them there safe and on the Tuesday,
Following went to Fetch the said Sheep out of the said Field from
grass, and Found they were gone and on Enquirey, was Informed,
by Mr. Dally, the field Keeper, the said Sheep was taken away
on the Day he left them there, by one Lawrence Wade< no role >
