taken before me this 29th. day of
November 1775

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Wolfe Joseph
Younker for himself says that William Clarke< no role >
lived with him as
a Servant
that on the 11th. day of July last he absconded without
his [..] age that he found that day that his house had been
robbed of two gold Watches three silver Watcher & about Severally
Pounds in Money, which robbery he verily believes was com
mitted by said William Clarke< no role >
And further says that the
Gold Watch produced by John Heley< no role >
is this property & was Stolen
at that time, and also the Gold Watch which he hath seen in
the & Possesion of Mr Davidson Pawnbroker in the Borough
of
South wark
. & the said John Heley< no role >
for himself says that
he found the Gold Watch which he now that in the room [..]
which said Clarke was taken, and that he found the other
Gold watch at Davidsons by said Clarke's direction
