of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being severally upon Oath say And first this
that on Saturday Night last about Eleven Person &
to the Sign of the Turks head in Dyot Street
St.
Giles
and being a little in Liquor he laid his head
down in the Table and went to sleep at which time
he had in his Breeches pocket one half Guinea
in Gold and One Shilling & Six pence in Silver that
just before he went to sleep he saw the two persons
new present who call themselves William Riley< no role >
and James Wallace< no role >
in the said Room but during
the time he was asleep the outside of his Breeches
Pocket was Cut and the said half Guinea and one Shillings
and Six pence taken out of his Pocket but by whom
this Informant cannot tell
And this Informant James Wallace< no role >
for himself
saith that he was drinking in the same Room on
Saturday Night last where the other Informant
was asleep and the said William Riley< no role >
was
present at the same time and asked this Informant
who it was who was asleep this Informant told him
was Man who had used the House come Years and
the said William Riley< no role >
went and sat down in a Chair
by the other Informant and having a Knife open him
in his hand this Informant said the said Riley
apply the said Knife to the Breeches Pocket of the
said Francis Graham< no role >
andthe other Informant in the same then
went away
And this Informant Thomas Lyon< no role >
for himself said
