to the amount of three Pounds two Shilling, [..]
or thereabouts, Saith that he this Informant saw the Silver
that he the said Green had bought, Saith that he this Informt
with Green Noward the said Silver and made them into six pences & struck them with a faint diedand melted the sameand
cast Quantity of Counterfeit Shillings [..] amounting in
the whole to Seventy five shillingsor thereaboutsbesides
the fragments or Dross which amounted to Seventeen or
Eighteen Shillings Saith that the this Informt. and Green
consulted together to see if they could not cast some
Counterfeit Silver instead of Stamping them as they had
before done saith that he this Informt. them advanced
another Guinea Saith that he the said Green went and
bought another Parcell fo Silver with the Guinea he this
Informant had advanced Saith that he this Informant
and him the said Green cast in the afternoon of that day
Eleven Counterfeit Shillings saith that they thought
they had Spoilt the Mettle and was determined to cast
Six pences instead of Shillings as she the said Gorden told
him this Informant and Green that she could get the
Six pences off sooner then Shillings Saith that he this
Informt. in Company with Green and a Woman named
Gorden went and Cast on or about Two pounds worth Saith
that when cast they took them from the spray saith that
they then filed the Edges and rub them [..] with Sand Paper
Saith that after they had Polished them that they then Neeld
them upon [..] a peice of Tin and them Boild them in [..]
Allum Water salt and aquce fortis Argel Cream of Tarta
and Aquae fortis Saith that in Making the Base Mettal
theymadeput two Ounces of Copper and one ounce of Silver
Saith that all the Implements found in the Room was
what they used to work withatsaith that upon [..]
Saturday the Seventh day of October instant they [..] last some
half Crown peices Shillings and Six pences Saith that the Base
Corn now produced in what the Prisoner at the Barr and this Witness
made
