known that there was only her Tryal for the said Jury she would
have Attended sooner as it was not this Deponents Intention to let the
said prisoner escape Justice And lastly this Deponent Saith that she
did not Neglect to Attend and prosecute the said Susannah Powell< no role >
otherwise Farmer through any favour or Affection for her or for any
Reward or the hope or promise thereof but that it was entirely
occasioned by this Deponents not thinking that the Tryal of the said
Susannah Powell< no role > otherwise Farmer would come on so early in the Morning
and through no other reason or motive whatsoever therefor this Deponent
humbly prays that this Honourable Court will be pleased to order her
said Recognizance to be Discharged
