of Thomas Pitts< no role >

Thomas Pitts of Air Street Piccadilly in the parish of
Saint James in the County of Middlesex Goldsmith
Maketh Oath that on the twelfth day of March last his
House was entered and a Considerable quantity of Plate
was Stolen thereout to the Amount of two [..] hundred and
Sixty Pounds or thereabouts and Saith that the Said Daniel
Hopkins
< no role > was apprehended for the Said Felony about the
beginning of this instant April and further Saith that one
Isaac Sampson< no role > a Jew is a Material Witness in this Prosecution
against the said Daniel Hopkins< no role > without Whose Testimony he
Cannot Safely Proceed to trial of the said Daniel Hopkins< no role >
and this Deponent hath been informed and which information
he Verily believes to be true that the said [..] Isaac Sampson< no role > is
now in Holland so that he Cannot [..] have the benefit of
his Testimony at the Present Session Against the Said Daniel
Hopkins
< no role > and Saith that he will use his Utmost Endeavours to
Cause the Said [..] Isaac Sampson to be brought from Holland to give Evidence
at the Next Session Against the Said Daniel Hopkins< no role > and
Verily believes he Shall be able to Produce him then for
that Purpose
