last named And such prisoners last named were thereupon at the said Delivery of
the said Gaol of Newgate holden for the said County discharged by proclamation for
want of prosecution And were thereupon immediately at at large in open Court without
the payment of any Fee or Sum of Money to the said Sheriff or to the said Gaoler or
Keeper of the said Gaol or prison for or in respect of such last mentioned Discharge
in pursuance of the said Statute And I do further Certify that it Appears to
me from inspecting the List of Fees allowed to be taken by the said Richard
Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. as such Gaoler or Keeper of the said Gaol or prison that the Fee or Sum of
Eighteen Shillings and Ten pence was payable to the said Richard Akerman< no role > as
such Gaoler or Keeper of the said Gaol or Prison for the Discharge of every such
