On the Prosecution of [..] Philip Simmons< no role >

Robert Oliver< no role > of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex the above Defendant and William Halliburton< no role > This name instance is in set 1083. This set is in the group(s): BowStreetOfficers .
of Exeter Street in the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden in the
said County Chandler severally make Oath and say And first
this Deponent Robert Oliver< no role > for himself saith that John Clarke< no role >
of Denmark Court in the said Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
Cane Head maker is a Material Witness for this Deponent on the
above Prosecution and without whose Testimony he cannot
safely proceed to Tryall and further saith that he is credibly
informed and verily believes that the said John Clarke< no role > on
Thursday last set off for Ireland with one of his Majesty's
Messengers and William Wardell< no role > a Prisoner then fetch'd from
Newgate to be taken over there to be Tryed for a Burglary Committed
in the House of Lady Parsons at Dublin

And this Deponent William Halliburton< no role > This name instance is in set 1083. This set is in the group(s): BowStreetOfficers . for himself saith that
on Thursday last the said John Clarke< no role > and the King's Messenger
together with the said William Wardell< no role > all set off for Ireland and
that the said John Clarke< no role > is a very material Witness there on the
the said Burglary he having found a large Quantity of Diamonds
supposed to be the Property of the said Lady Parsons in the Possession
of the said William Wardell< no role > and apprehends the said John Clarke< no role >
will return to England before the next Session And Lastly saith
that he really believes the said John Clarke< no role > can give material
Evidence for the said Robert Oliver< no role > on his Tryal
