Cane Head maker is a Material Witness for this Deponent on the
above Prosecution and without whose Testimony he cannot
safely proceed to Tryall and further saith that he is credibly
informed and verily believes that the said John Clarke< no role >

Thursday last set off for Ireland with one of his Majesty's
Messengers and William Wardell< no role >
a Prisoner then fetch'd from
Newgate to be taken over there to be Tryed for a Burglary Committed
in the House of Lady Parsons at Dublin

and the King's Messenger
together with the said William Wardell< no role >
all set off for Ireland and

is a very material Witness there on the

supposed to be the Property of the said Lady Parsons in the Possession

and apprehends the said John Clarke< no role >
will return to England before the next Session And Lastly saith
