The Information of Philip Simmons< no role > of
Orange Street Leicester Fields in the Parish
of St. Martins in the Fields in the County
of Middlesex Leather Seller Taken upon
Oath before me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr one
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex this 3rd.
Day of February 1775

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that he hath just cause to Suspect John Dugnard and
James Crompton< no role > of their feloniously taking and
carrying away Ten Red Sheep Skims, and
Nineteen Black Calves Skimswhichthe Property
of the said Phillip Simmond< no role > which were taken
out of his Shap in Orange Street aforesaid by the
said John Dugnard, and James Crompton< no role >
between the Hours of Seven and Nine in the
Night of the 27th. Day of January last the above
Skims being found in their Custody
