been Discharged And these Deponents hath since been informed
that the Recognizance of this Deponent Patrick Haley< no role > and James
Brown< no role > was by this Honourable Court ordered to be Estreated And these
Deponents further Try that they did not Neglect to Attend and prosecute
and give Evidence against the said Thomas Ivers< no role > through any favour
or Affection or for any Reward or the hope or promise thereof but that
it was entirely occasioned by the means aforesaid and through no other
reason or motive whatsoever Therefore these Deponents most humbly
prays this Honourable Court will be pleased to Order the said
Recognizance to be Discharged
