the said William Lewis< no role > the person now present in safe Custody in the
said prison that a little after four o Clock he let in
a person now present who calls herself Sarah Evans< no role >
thatwhocame to see the said William Lewis< no role > soon
after which Elias other persons now present who
call themselves Grace Paterson Resolve Smith
and Mary Jewell< no role > [..]
[..] Ann Sheppard< no role > and Mary Green< no role >
came to Lewis in the said Prison and stayed
with him till about a Quarter before Seven o Clock
in the Evening whenthe saidfive Woman and Resolve
Smith came up to the Gate and desired to be let
out which he did and this Informant apprehended
the said five Woman were the same whom he had
set in with Smith but soon after they were gone
the said Sarah Evans< no role > came to this Informant
at the Gate and asked to be set out which he
refused suspecting that Lewis had made his
Escape in Womens Cloaths upon which he stayed
at the Gate & Immediately sent a person in the
said Gaol to see if Lewis was in his Apartment
who brought word to this Informant that he was
not this Informant directly got Assistance and
apprehended the said [..] Mary Green< no role >
Mary Jewell< no role > Ann Sheppard< no role > and Grace Paterson
and the said Resolve Smith was afterwards taken
in Company with Samuel Lewis< no role > the Brother
of the said William Lewis< no role >

And this Informant Mary Green< no role > for herself
saith that so he Lodges in the House of Ann
Sheppard
< no role > in Cecil Court Saint Martin Lane
that on Thursday the 13th. of October instant above
[..] Ten Clock in the forenoon Ann Sheppard< no role >
called [..] this Informant [..]

down Stairs into her parlour with whom there
was Grace Paterson & Samuel Lewis< no role > the two
[..] persons now present when Sheppard told her
