said Shoulder Shop that in about half an hour the

of Mr. Evans the Constable
And this Informant John Boulton< no role >
for himself saith
that he is a Servant to the other Informant Jane
Wastill and was called by her to assist in detaining
the said John Chamberlain< no role >
that being present he
heard a person in the House say that the said Chamberlain
had concealed something under the Shoulder Shop of
his Coat upon which he examined him and found the
piece of Coloured Copper none produced under the Shoulder
Shop of the said Chamberlains Coat that this Infant
assisted in conveying the said Chamberlain to Mr
Evans the Constable and that the piece of Coloured Copper
found by him under the Shoulder shop was at that time quite
bright prescribling a six piece like the other
and this Informant Richard Hetherington< no role >

himself saith that he is a Servant to the other
Informant Jane Wastill and Assisted in detaining
and conveying John Chamberlain< no role >
to Mr. Evans the
Constable that when they were at Mr. Evans her
observed Chamberlain take something out of his
Pocket and endeavour to drop it gently upon the Ground
upon which this Informant say friend that won't
do when Chamberlain put the thing into his pocket
again and upon this Informant acquainthy Mr Evans
what had passed Chamberlain was searched when
a parcel wrapped in the Linen Cloth now produced
and containing two blank rounded pieces of Copper and
a great number of Square pieces of thin Copper now
produced together with a large pair of Scissars also
now produced
And this Informant John Evans< no role >
for himself saith
that he is a Constable of the Parish of Saint pences
that Yesterday Morning between Eight and Nine oClock
he was sent to by the other Informant Jane Westill
to take charge of a person now present who calls
himself John Chamberlain< no role >
for putting of
Counterfeit Money upon which he devised the said
person might be brought to his House which he
