County City and Liberty

Who being severally upon Oath say And first this
Informant Grace Tatham for herself saith that
on Monday the fourth of July instant about Six
o'Clock in the Morning she went into the Horse
of the other Informant Andrew Walls who keeps
a Public House in Parkers Lane Saint Giles
at which time she had in her pocket a Draft for
the Sum of £30 payable to [..] Robert
Tatham< no role > or order and a Bank note of the
Value of Ten pounds and she sat down in one of
the Boxes in the Tap Room beside a Man whose
name this Informant hath since heard [..] Richard
is James Hawkins< no role > and two person now present
who call themselves Luke Margerum< no role > and John
Sinethurst< no role > sat in the some Boxon theopposite
to this Informant in some little time this Informt.
fell the hand of the said James Hawkins< no role > in her
Pocket in which was the said Draft & note upon
which she told him how as being a Wrong act as she
had something of Value in her Pocket & [..] pulled
the Note & Draft out of her pocket & shewed them
to him then her them up in her Handkerchief & put
them again into her pocket in a little time the said
James Hawking< no role > Luke Margerum< no role > & John Smith< no role > [..]
went out of the said House when they were gone
the other Informant Andrew Walls came and asked this Informt.
if she had got her Notes and upon [..] searching her
Pocket she found they were taken & Carried away
