The Information & voluntary Confession of John
Wilson

Day of November in the Year of our Lord 1773 before
David Wilmot< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex .

This Informant upon his Oath says that about Three Months ago
he and one John Osborn< no role > of the Parish of St. Paul Shadwell in the said
County of Middlesex Mariner went together to Mr. Eagle's Dwelling
house situate at Mile End in the said County of Middlesex about
three Months ago [..] between then Houses of Twelve and one o Clock in
the [..] Night Says that said John Osband with a Maln Spike
broks a Pane of Glass in the Window of Mr Eagle's Counting House
& there got into the same Counting House broked open the Desks
& stole thereout about One Pound and six Shillings a pair of Black
Silk Stockings, a Silver Squoit Spinage one China Tea Cup [..] one
Tin Consisted & Printed Cambrick HandkerchiefSays that the
went together with John Osborn< no role > Timothy Farrell< no role > & Henry Osborn< no role >
between the House of Twelve & one of the Clock in the Night [..] said

< no role > being then present with said John Osborn< no role > ) open the Window
situated in Stratford aforesaid & having lifted up the Sign of the Bord in hand
said Osborn entered into the said Dwelling house & stole thereout
Eight China Bowls & about the Value of Fourteen Shilligs in Half
Pence and FarthingsSays that about 8 or 9 Weaks ago this
Informant went together with John Osborn< no role > Timothy Farrell< no role > & Henry
Osborn
< no role > to Stradford aforesaid & that John Osborn< no role > & Timothy Farrell< no role >
(being therein Company with this Informant & Henry Osborn< no role > ) broke
Two Iron Bansant of the Collar Window of a Gro [..] who lives at the further
End of Sbratfard aforesaid about Twelve o Clock in the Night & then
said [..] John Osborn< no role > & Farrell went into the House & stole out of the Shop 3 Bags of Course Baoron

Timothy Farrell< no role > & Henry Osborn< no role > about Cor 7 Weeks ago between the House of Twelve & one on the night broke open
a Slop Shop in Wapping in the said County of Middlesex & stole
thereout 3 Pair of Black Stocking Breeches 8 striped Jackets & blue
Jackets 1 Green Jacket & 8 Red JacketsSays that about a Mouth
ago he this Informant one John Smith< no role > , John Osborn< no role > & Timothy Farrell< no role >
about Twelve o'Clock in the Night broke upon the Dwelling house of a Sugar baker situate upon Labour
in Vain Hill a considerable Sum of Money a German Flude, a Remn [..]
of fine Irish Linnen 2 pair of Silver Shoe Buckles 1 Pair of Boots.
Says that he said Informant John Smith< no role > John Osborn< no role > Timothy Farrell< no role >
broke open the Counting House of a Sugar Baker in Fish Street & stock
thereout Two Guineas & a half, large Quantity of Half Pence a Silver
