27th day of Novemr.. 1773

Who being upon Oath says that he knows John Rann< no role > This name instance is in set 1255. , David Monroe< no role > William
Davis
< no role > otherwise Scarlet, and William Saunders< no role > Says that on Saturday
Evening the 13th.. of this Month about 6 o Clock the said John Rann< no role > This name instance is in set 1255. David Mouroe< no role >
William Davis< no role > William Saunders< no role > and this Informant robbed a Foreigner on
Foot in a Field leading to Hampstead of some Farthings and Half pence
Says that immediately after the said Four Persons and this Informant Robbed
some Gentleman in a Coach near Chalk Farm which was coming towards
Town of one Guinea in Gold and Six Shillings and Six pence in Silver
Says that Mouroe received the Money from the Gentleman Says that
in a few minutes after they attacked a Man standing by his Horse with
Intent to Rob him but having no money they left him, Says the said
Man offered them his Handkerchief which they refused Says that
they afterwards fired two Pistols in the fields and then all came together
to the three Tuns in Peter Street Soho where they Shared the Money
Says that the Pistol found when they were apprehended this Informant
had Says that he never was Concerned in any other Robbery whatever.
